We want your vacation booking to be as easy as possible. Please email us with
any questions are concerns. We will email or call you back with any information
you require.
Step One: Click Here to see available weeks or Click Here to contact us to Book your Week(s).
Each week begins:
Sunday at 7:00 PM (depending on other guests there may be some flexibility)
Each weeek ends: Sunday at 11:00 AM (you might be able to stay until 7:00
PM, but the cleaners arrive at
11:00 AM on Sunday).
Step
Two: We give you one week to send us a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the
rental price.
If you cannot attend your week(s) and we are able to book your week(s) with
someone else, we will
refund your deposit. If you like your deposit can be placed in Escrow (click here for more information).
Step Three: If you are paying by Cheque, one week prior to your Vacation week you send us full
payment for your week(s). If paying by Cash, Credit Card, Money Order or Paypal (paypal iD for canadian
funds - bkdinc @yahoo.com / american funds - bkdinc @gmail.com), you may pay the day of your arrival.
$500 CAN / $400 US of your booking deposit is now held as a damage deposit.
Cleaning costs ARE NOT
considered damage.
Step Four: Enjoy your Vacation! You arrive and together we inspect the premises and we give you an
overview of the area. Please give us 24 hours notice of your expected arrival time.
Step Five: You're leaving- sorry :-( We inspect the premises and we give you back your $500 damage
deposit if there is no damage. If the damage is above $500 we expect immediate payment.
Step Six: See you next year!
